I have a few files that are about 90% complete (I know they are still there because I can play them using preview) but they are all shown as 0% in the progress column.

I noticed that the size listed seems to be the total size of the files rather than the amount that I have downloaded so far.

One last thing is that I accidently deleted the downloads.bak file in the Incomplete folder, I don't know if that will have anything to do with the problem ?

Yep that sounds like your problem. The downld.dat & .bak files are your downld preferences. They keep a record of the % downlded, so without them LW won't know & will start from 0% even if whatever % has already been downlded. Just be patient until they complete downlding.
