I have never understood this ethernet thing, but I am under the impression that you only get the blue star results from computers connected to you on some sort of local network.

Does this help?

In that case I am not too sure. I imagine that clicking on the stars column will put all those files together (but I can't be sure). I don't think you can exclude other results. Someone may know different

The easiest way to get only ethernet nesults is with a general search term, then click the "browse host" button on the blue stars that show up first.

Once you have the browsed host results, you can close the first search window.
