hi sorry to bother you guys again and thanks for all the replies! every time i open my music folder a sign comes up apologising and saying dr watson has to close and then it just freezes any ideas?

Without trying to sound like a smart ***, I'd read the Dr's log file to see if there was any hint as to what happened.

You never know, sometimes the simplest action is the answer.

Hi klawfeet, I have experinced the exact same problem and it took me 2 days to figure it out, ok heres what you do:

1. first find the file number it comes up when the error appears. 2. jot this file number down
3. go to start and click on search
4. enter the file and when you find it delete it and all your problems should be fixed.......
