Everytime I try to download a song a message pops up sayin', "Limewire is unable to find a licence for this file." I'm probably bein stupid, but What Licence & How do I get it?!?!

Sorry, I did not read your question too carefully If you want music with a licence then you can get it from the apple music store via iTunes or many other sourses.

There IS no such thing as a licence to download copyrighted music via Gnutella P2P Network. You dont need any licence unless you want to go buy music MP3s instead of downloading them for free.

Limewire is only an app that connects you to fellow users. You download from Gnutella, NOT Limewire.

Limewire was forced to do that silly licence thing to cover themselves against any possible RIAA lawsiuts from my understanding.
