I've been trying to download a movie for the last hour and a half, but it's been stuck at 2% the whole time. There aren't any of the normal source messages under the status bar, just 'awaiting sources'. I've tried restarting the download repeatedly, but it doesn't work. Neither does clicking 'resume'. Is there anything I can do to get this movie? It's really important to me.
