i purchased pro under my old e-mail cuz i got a lot of spam
and change to another e-mail

i search the entire site but no where to be found where i can submit changes update info

Don't try to change it . Just continue to use the old address to access pro. updates etc.( you are really using it as a password)

I am not quite sure what happens if you require e-mail support. I would have imagined you can specify a different e-mail address for them to send answers to, but from what you say I am not atall sure.
