If you know of an ultrapeer's address that you know is reliable, then you can try adding them to the list. But if you already have the maximum, then you may have difficulty deleting & adding ones. That connection list is for UP's which are hosts that help you connect to the gnutella network. You cannot add addresses when those hosts are not UP's. And even if you do know of one, that UP might not be online or all their UP capabilities might already be used up (too busy.)
