 Firewall & router will generally only affect uploading, not downlding. Only way I can think of is to change LW settings. LW's menu bar, Tools>Options>Downlds & change bandwidth to a smaller amount. There would be a way to stop him downlding videos without knowing why but I don't think that's what you want.  |
