hey I was just wondering if it should take days for me to download movies and almost just as long for songs, I'm still pretty new at this, but i've purchased what was supposed to be "top of the line" computer so any suggestions what might be the problem.

It takes a while to get a sense of finding fast reliable sources, and learning when to avoid some sources.
