Help with this Please!!!!!

I have subscribe to Limewire Pro, the money was taken of my Credit card and I actually by accident paid twice the same amount, but will cancel the one amount.
Now I have a problem, Lime wire don't except my e-mail address what I use to subscribe. Now I can't download the Limewire Pro.

So can someone tell me where I can go for help? I try already the help in the Limewire site, but there I can't get in because of the non- regognition of my e-mail address.

Hope there is someone here that can help me.
