Ok so I downloaded a movie (700.2mb) that I want to make into a VCD. So I use my burning program but it wont let me make a VCD because my video is .avi. So I download smartsoftvideoconverter to try and change the video to mpg. It succesfully changes the video to mpg but it made the video 619.6kb so whenever i go and play the video it plays the first 10 seconds.

So it comes down to this: How do I convert the whole video from avi to mpg. ----OR--- : Where can I get a burning program for free that will make a avi file into a vcd?
