 There are a lot of bad files being shared on the network, probably by our friends  at the RI** and MP** to try and discourage people downloading files. Try staying away from files being shared with a "T3 or Higher" connection speed and try downloading files with only a few sources instead of the ones with the most.It's not a problem with LW. It's the files being shared. Over time you'll get a feel for whats good or not. A lot of it is trial and error. There is a lot of good info in the stickies at the top of each forum.
