 Well unfortunately I'm not an expert. lol  But you're just the candidate I've been looking for. Norbie is the person who can fix your problems. See NorbiesWorld (click on link) The reason I said candidate is because Norbie mentioned to me about unknown downlds & to find someone who has had this issue. I suspect your case is such an example. Follow Norbies's directions as prescribed to do the report & he "will" find a way to repair it for you.
