 Cox Cable.... that's the only conclusion I've had - mainly because bearshare mentions not being able to connect through a proxy server... BUT I can search - I CAN connect to the Gnutella network - and other networks... just not download... and ping and packet-loss tests show good... Any ideas? Again, eDonkey2000 works just as well as when I had DSL and all P2P programs worked... So... WHAT DOES eDonkey2000 DO, THAT THE Gnutella network programs DON'T???
