When I try to open up lw by clicking on the shortcut it doesn't open at all. When I double click on it the hourglass comes up for a split second the dissapears and nothing happens after that. I have had LW on my computer before but while in Iraq it stopped working and hasn't worked since. I have even saved the download from another computer and put it on mine, but still the same problem. Whats wrong with it. If i were behind a firewall it should still open up, shouldn't it?

I deleted the prefrences folders and it still doesn't work, i even unistalled it and installed it again. LW is the only program one my computer that is acting up like this. I have no idea what to do?

Did you try the Java? Did LW work ok previously? Have you installed (or do you have running) any AV or spyware programs that might be stopping it from working?

Just downloaded Update 6 for the JAVA and it finally worked. Thanks man, you've been the biggest help ever. Don't now what I would of done without your help!!!
