copying to ipaq

I can download music and mpeg,mpg files and watch them on pc and was able to transfere them onto the sd card in my ipaq by dragging them in. Now every time I try to do this anything I try to copy wont go and a box comes up with
The file is read only memory, write protected disk or currently in use by another application.
This even happens when i try to copy file Ive already copied

Anyone else had this problem

Perhaps someone is sharing that file. Try closing LW down before you do it. Other than that I wouldn't have a clue. Oh perhaps you have a program open you were using to play the video ... close it down.

Nope Ive shut everything down still wont let me move a file onto disc or ipaq i could do it about a week back now keep getting the same box

any help greatly appriciated
