I downloaded limewire pro and paid for it, but for some reason when I open it, it asks me to purchase the limewire 4.0 edition for 18.88. That is how much I already paid. Why does it keep asking me this?

I just got it two weeks ago from limewire.com when I look at the icon, it says limewire pro 4.10.9

You can try deleting your LW preferences, this might get rid of it. Follow the instructions here

Afterwards, you'll have to go back through tools > options & set everything up as you had it originally.
