schwic did you check the downld speed when downlding a magnet link from here http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml ?

That is sometimes a sign if the ISP is shaping your bandwidth if your magnet link gets particularly low speeds.

Do you see a brick wall in front of the globe icon at the bottom of LW?
