Limewire: Tools>Options>Advance>Preferencing
when I put a maximum # of files you must share--it still lets anyone download my files witout them sharing theirs- How can I stop this.--Fair is Fair--If you wont share then you should not be able to dnld mine! |

In all fairness, it's really hard to tell if someone's a freeloader. You might not be able to browse their files, 5 minutes later you'll be able to browse them.
Sometimes browse host just doesn't work at all.
