I get the files in zip or rar....122kb/s +/-
The when im winzip them or i install that file give-me error and i cant extract or install .......

122kbs is a pretty small file. Those are usually viruses. Don't d/l anything less than 1000KB(1MB). Have a look at this thread WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of!.

Make sure you have an anti-virus program running and up to date.
