okay so i have limewire on one pc and i just put it on another pc. both win xp. I did a search and then tried to download one of the searches, just like i do on the first pc. No download window opened. the search window just stayed the same size and no download progress showed up. Is there a setting on the other pc that differs from the settings on the first pc? or is there something else i need to do? please help

Look in the lower left hand corner of the search screen. There should be 2 arrows(triangles) there one pointing up the other down. Click on them it should open the download screen.

thanks now I see the downloads window but when I try to download stuff, nothing will come up in that window ....any help?

It might be a license issue
