download retrack

Hi forum,
I was downloading two movies simulatenously.. one of them downloaded 61% and otherr 35%. I paused both of them and resume download again. But to my surprise one with 61% downloaded shows 5% downloaded while other with 35% downloaded keep showing that..
Can anyone figure out what happed and what is remedy?
