 slow DL speed (15KB/s) My DL speed can't accelerate more than 15KB/s and my internet connection i can download about 37KB/s. What is wrong with my pc??? - I use a VPN to connect to internet windows XP SP2 please help me!! Last edited by dchalhub; April 5th, 2006 at 03:38 PM.  |
