normally I would agree but it just seem strange that 8 completely seperate downloads are all at 4 and have been at 4 for a long time even though the number of hosts are over a 100, and I have limewire pro. Other then the past two days, this has never been a problem.

P.S. In the event, I have a roommate who in notorious for messing up my computer by changing settings I have, he might have done something and I don't know what. I asked him but he doesn't really know anything about computers and just replied, umm ... I don't know (I have banished him from this one unless supervised, but he goes on it when I'm at work.)
