when i try to download music and it says t3 or higher i can't listen to the music after or during the download, help?

those probably aren't music files, just spam or viriii designed to trick users into thinking they are real tunes.

Check the file sizes, and compare with real tunes.

That sounds about right. See T3 Spammers; mp3 Bit-Rates Versus File Sizes as if you check carefully, you will notice the bit-rates shown don't match up with their file sizes. Look at results from modem users or others to get an idea of what the true sizes should be for those bit-rates shown.
