 they are either 10 kps or lower wot do i need to do then wots wrong with my isp. i av got a different one as this was needed to get xbox live but it worked for a while with that it is only since it crashed. also a few months ago tiscalli moved me to a heavy users thing but that is only durig peak hours but this problem is all the time!!!!! it was around then that is crashed!!  |
