I am new to this and could you tell me if i want to download DVD 's do i choose programmes or video tab.

Video ...but you can also try "all types" (not programmes though) and order the results by type .. and look for avi ...or your chosen video format... hope this helps

Thank you what do you mean order order the results by type. Whatever i download i want to be able to burn them onto DVD's

I mean ..if you do an "all types" search, click on the type column in the search window and you will see all the avis for instance listed together.
