For the last couple of days, lime wire haz not been working right. I have the new version of basic. It will let me search, chat, even browse with host, but when i actually try to download, the Download license box doesn't even come up. I have never clicked the dont show this again square. And it does it for anything i try to download. It doesn't even show up in the task tray that i am downloading anything. I have even tried uninstalling and installing again and still no difference. What in the world is wrong?

Even though you haven't ticked anything, just try reverting popups to default anyway

Otherwise you could try deleting the preferences folder (when LW's closed)
