I purchased limewire Pro April 2005 and want upgrade. But system doesn't recognize my email. There seems to be no other way to send an email or call from website so I am here. Below is a copy of my purchase confirm. Can any one contact Limewire to help?

Sorry but you bought Pro over a year ago... your address won't be in the database any more as Pro gives you 6 months of updates & email support. If you want an updated Pro, you'll have to buy it again
