i dont get it
how come wen i go to download a program wen its done and i try to launch it all that comes up is setup??? and it dont work ive probably downloaded difrrent files of the same thing all of them the same

Some such type of files are incomplete (missing files) or some other issue. Set up is usually the initial installation step.
