What is error 37
I'm getting an 'error 37' message when I attempt to play downloaded files.

Try VLC - (click on link) _ (choose nearest mirror site) which has in-built codecs for both video & audio files!
 It's primarily a video program but will also play many audio formats. Thus it's good at both audio & video streaming. You can also download extra skins for it. It's generally very reliable!
