really slow downlaods and uploads

ok i am totally confused and frustrated. i had completly reformated my hard drive and installed everything fresh and new. when i intalled limewire i was getting lighting fast speeds and i was turbo charged one day later i am still turbo charged,but every downloads or upload moves at a snales pace with highs at 10-11 kb/s. anyone have anycoue to as why its going so slow? and its still turbo charged.

1. Try an experiment; download a magnet link from here & tell us what happens in regards to speed & connection status: http://www.magnetmix.com/video.shtml

2. Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.) Does this make any difference?

3. Who is your isp provider (Internet Service Provider)?

4. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface?

* Variations from day to day may be due to the particular sources you're connected to at those times or a problem Ultrapeer you're connected to. If there's a sudden drop in speeds with no apparent solution, it's generally due to your isp!

and thats another thing i don't have that ".limewire" file anywhere, and the download that you sent me to try out. is downloading, with 9 hosts with a 6kb/s. oh and i port forwarded everything so thank god no firewall problems and i changed tcpip.sys to 50.
