It will happen to me every once in a while, I pause the DL and then resume and its fine from there on out.

Well I had Cable in 2005 then went to Dialup because of money shortage, Then got DSL, and now I am back to Dial-up..

We have a $119 payment overdue to AOL, and once I get that paid off I am gonna get T1.

Dude ***** AOL they do not provide the lines anytime you get DSL or Cable only Pay your phone or cable service have aol is like paying double for highspeed with a happy pretty face on it unless your dialing into aol they will not be your ISP your line provider will be I work for Time Warners Road runner Customer support (cable internet support) and i love it when people call in saying they're not connected unless they're logged into aol once i tell them they can save money by dropping aol they're all like "really no way" you dont need aol to have internet service unless dialing into them
