I bought a pack of Fugifilm discs to burn music onto. These discs work fine in my truck but not my home stereo. So off I go and but a maxell gold.I burnt a new cd on it .It works fine on my home stereo and in my truck so excitedly I run to the store again and buy a whole pack of these discs.I ripped the songs off the Fugifilm and burnt them onto the new Maxell I bought. This new Maxell, exactly the same as the single Maxell that I bought will NOT work in my home stereo.Could they not be picking up the ripped music?Very very frustrated.

The fault might be something else (though occasionally there are bad batches of disks.) Try burning at minimum speed. If you're using high speed disks, try one of the slower type disks instead (eg: maximum 16 speed) as some players don't like the high speed disks, let alone them being burnt at high speeds.
