I have been running LM for some time now without any issues until yesterday. I am now having an issue anytime I try to browse a host all I get for IPs are 192.168.1.x I have not changed any settings on my side and I even took my router out completely for the time being, but none of this seems to help. Is there a solution to this or just something that I will deal with from time to time.

Do you mean your ip is 192.x or theirs are? People with such are simply people who haven't configured their set ups properly. You can still download from them, but would never be able to use the direct connect function with them. And yes, these are usually people on networks or using routers.
