Take a look at THIS
I can ONLY download files at the speed T3 or higher in the Audio section, only recently has this problem occured. I used to be able to download a file no matter what the speed was. WHATS WRONG???

Within LW tools > options > searching > speed. Make sure 'show all speeds' is ticked & apply.
If that doesn't change things, try deleting LW's preferences folder when LW is closed. See points 2 & 3 here Fixes for LimeWire Deleting this folder will kill your settings within options, you'll have to go back through & reset things afterwards
