paid for pro but no download recd
i recently tried to obtain pro version, but during the payment process it kept saying that i hadnt been successful. however having checked my credit card bill it says that limewire did take the money. well in this process i never got to download pro. i have since tried to contact support but it keeps telling me that my email address isnt recognised. what can i do to contact limewire to get my download ? if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated. regards
