Downloading programs and games as .exe or zip files is pretty dangerous, since in 99 of 100 cases they will come with more than you've asked for....as you've experienced it.
Two ways, get the game from somewhere else, or go on trying with the risk that in one file there will be a virus your AV-Program doesn't see/find, before you get a workable file....

Well then, stop downling illigal software. It's there so idiots like you download it and get viruses. I hope you keep your AV up to date. Because if you dont, you will eventually get a virus so keep downloading software and pray that your machine doesnt get infested.
