What Is The Best ISP Out There???

What is the best ISP out there for downloading files 700MB or larger? And how much a month is it???

You should probably get a list of all the ISPs available to you, find out their various plan prices & also whether they block or shape bandwidth for p2p apps.
You can probably find most of this info using Google;)
There's quite a list of ISPs who block/shape in this thread (from various countries though)

Knowing which country you're from can help with suggestions ... if any are known for that country or state. ;)

In the U.S. the best I have had is Comcast for the price and service. Next was Verizon DSL. From there they just go downhill.
