 Did you go one further down to check whether under "Junk" the bar stands on "strict",......that could also be a reason. And last but not least, it could also be that you have a license issue (though that should only effect your download capability and not the search AFAIK. Go LW>Tools>Options>Searching>Basic and look whether the license issue is marked. Unmark it if so.....
