When i started using limewire i had 50 KB speed.but i did something wrong.i changed the options so that other users won't download from me.i know it was a mistake but now i have speed at 20 KB.of course i changed the options and other users can download from me.please help me with this problem.what can i do?

You might try and delete your LW prefernce folder for a start (when LW is completely closed; i.e. also in the system tray) as described in Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire

deleting that file is not risky?i wont have any problems even if the first problem is not fixed?

Yep, the only thing what you'll have to do afterwards is to reconfigure LW. Meaning that when you start up LW, it will begin to ask you which language you prefer, whether you want LW to start on start up, etc (all those things you have been asked the first time you have installed it).
It actually a normal procedure here that we recommend to at least exclude some corruption of said folder as possible course.
