There's also the MS patch ... MS & 3rd party patches

Also check your options. Tools>Options>Uploads & downlds & check the no. of slots that are open. Make sure there's at least one for each if not multiples. Also check there's sufficient bandwidth set for both uploads & downlds. Check your search options also.
