You might want to check with your ISP & see what their policy on p2p use is. Remember, you're going from a very slow connection to a faster one & there's often a different policy for different internet connections!
Some people have had trouble using p2p with their satellite connection... some ISPs apply traffic shaping to control bandwidth use.
It would be worth checking, just so that you don't get a nasty surprise later
You could always use Google to search for your ISP & see if they have a fair access policy... this should give you some idea if bandwidth's shaped (often, people on the help desk aren't aware of this happening).
