In search results, is there any way to show file sizes in megabytes and gigabytes, instead of kilobytes, i.e. "13.6 MB" instead of "13,600 KB"?

Not AFAIK. But I think once the file size is over a certain size it does change to MB. I can't remember what that size is. It might be 100 MB.
