trying to down load some programs and it always ask about liscences how do i aquire a lisences or what do i do

Use your conscience. Do what you feel is right. The list of sayings goes on an on and on. If there is no license and it is copyrighted material then in some parts of the world it is illegal to DL it unless you have paid for it at one time or another. If you have previously paid for it and are gust downloading a backup copy the it is legal everywhere in the world as far as I know. The moral of the story is whatever is right for you is right. But depending on where you live there could be consequences that go along with it. Hope I have answered your question satisfactorily. If it was me well lets say I let my conscience be my guide.

It won't let me download anything not even a back up copy it ask license and then it won't open the program if you could i would apprecaite it thanks for your help
