Everytime i start downloading a file, after a while lime wire disconnects by it self and shuts dowm before file is done.

Don't use the Resume/Find Sources on all your files. That will stress LW & can cause such side-FX.

Also, do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? If yes, then check the software & hardware firewalls issues here Connection problems? Check here first! (click on link)
