 Here's 2 definitions CODEC & this one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codec Error downlding codec probably means the program was attempting to download a codec from the windows site but couldn't find an appropriate one or the url changed, or is simply a reflex reaction when it doesn't have the codec but doesn't really know what to do.   |
