I need some help here - I have down loaded limewire Basic 4.12.6 I managed to get 4 downloads but then it all stopped. I can get into the search areas, but then when I select nothing downloads. I have tried uninstalling and then re-installing but nothing - any ideas out there?

ive had the same problem, although i never even managed one download! tried to re install but it did nothing. tried messing around with the firewall, but im pretty sure its nothing to do with that. help!!

Anothr thing to try would be the deletion of the LW preference folder. Read here on how to delete this folder (Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire)
