How Can You Upload Songs
can anyone help me by telling me where to go to upload songs on lime wire please or if i can email a song to someone and they upload it for me

You're not uploading file to anywhere, you are sharing files that other users will download from you....
Go LW>Tools>Options>Sharing and there you can decide which files and folders you want to share or not by adding them or removing them.....
