Let us know if you need more help  | On the second part, I meant that if a number shows up in the column, showing that two or more people are currently downloading, then I can download also. But if there is no number, I generally can't get it. (Not always though.)
I suppose what you suggest might be happening, although I usually start the download as soon as I see the file pop up. Generally, within a few seconds.
